A partnership conversation

Prepare a short message about what your group can offer. Review it, then contact Patrick directly.

A simple first 90 days

Days 1–30 · Listen & prepare

Start with what is real.

  1. Confirm the ministry's current contact details, schedules, active programs, and giving arrangements.
  2. Invite the ministry lead to review this site. Authorize coordinators before collecting requests.
  3. Count supplies, create the first service plan, and agree who checks the ministry desk each day.
Days 31–60 · Serve & follow up

Make one service day work well.

  1. Publish a confirmed need or gathering with an end date.
  2. Match volunteers to roles and confirm assignments directly.
  3. Contact every open request. Save follow-up notes and count what was actually provided.
Days 61–90 · Learn & repeat

Build a rhythm people can trust.

  1. Review what worked with Patrick, volunteers, and partners.
  2. Repeat the service plan, update stock counts, and retire outdated notices.
  3. Thank supporters with accurate totals. Ask permission before sharing a person's story or photograph.
Before every service day

Care is part of the plan.

  • Confirm resources before promising help.
  • Keep children's information and family circumstances private.
  • Confirm appropriate supervision, guardian consent, transport, and food handling with the ministry lead.
  • Have a weather plan and emergency contact procedure.
